A: Because there are currently no free pdf editors available except online applications.

Q: What can I do with Neo PDF Editor?

A: You can edit pdf file pages (delete, rotate, move, extract, crop) in a wysiwyg desktop environment. You can also join multiple pdf documents.

Q: What can’t I do with Neo PDF Editor?

At the time you can’t edit pdf content (add/replace/remove text and images).

Q: How does Neo PDF Editor work?

Neo PDF Editor uses existing software for pdf viewing and manipulation. Pdf files are processed by PDFsharp by empira Software GmbH (http://www.pdfsharp.net/). PDFSharp is governed by an MIT license. Pdf files are viewed using Pdfium Viewer, a pdf viewer by Pieter van Ginkel (https://github.com/pvginkel/PdfiumViewer) based on Google’s PDFium (https://opensource.google/projects/pdfium). PdfiumViewer and PDFium are licensed under the Apache 2.0 license.
